Message: In order to facilitate business during the cutover process from FRS, PaymentNet and SciQuest to Kuali, Procurement & Contracting Services would like to encourage campus departments to utilize their Purchasing Cards to make immediate unrestricted small-dollar purchases.
While there is a cutoff on FRS requisitions, Arizona BuyWays requisitions and check requests, there is no cutoff on using the Purchasing card and you may continue to shop during the cutover period.
Please contact the Purchasing Card office as soon as possible if you would like to increase the number of purchases or dollar limits on your cards to accommodate spending during this timeframe. Please also remember that a single PCard purchase cannot exceed $5000.
