Overview: The new interim Budget System replaces the functionality of the old PSOS budget system for state, locally allocated, and TRIF accounts. It provides the ability to track separate budget plans for the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year for personal services budget lines and operating pools.
Other budgeted accounts are currently maintained in FRS.
