The Mosaic Project is a campus-wide Enterprise System Replacement Project that entails replacing the bulk of our aging administrative systems currently in place on the University of Arizona campus.
The scope of the areas affected and the IT solutions chosen include:

♦ Research Administration - Kuali Coeus (KC)
♦ Student Recruiting – Hobsons EMT (Enrollment Management Technology)
♦ Student Administration– PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
♦ Human Resources/Payroll - PeopleSoft Human Capital Management
♦ Budget – Budget system to augment the Kuali Financial System
The new UA systems are called:

♦ Human Resources/Payroll - UAccess Employee
♦ Budget – UAccess Budget
